Payment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We are excited to welcome you to our resort this winter.

To confirm your reservation, we require a non-refundable payment of the first night of accommodation plus taxes at the time of booking. Final payment for the accommodation, and any package component, is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund on the accommodation portion of your booking.

RESERVATIONS BOOKED WITHIN 30 DAY DAYS OF ARRIVAL - At the time of booking, The Vance Creek Hotel requires full payment to confirm the booking. Full payments are non-refundable when cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

General Procedures:

  • by completing checking in, either via online or at front desk guests are agreeing to all terms set out below, and agree to pay for any charges incurred as a result;

    • the guest agrees that they are responsible to any damages incurred or any disappearance of items from the property, such as furniture, pictures, appliances, linens etc.

    • ALL ROOMS are non smoking rooms and vacation homes, there will be a minimum $250 for smoking inside any room/home.

    • ALL rooms are pet free (unless specified otherwise), there will be a minimum $250 for pets brought in any room/home.

    • Guest agrees that they are responsible for compensating my neighbors that are disturbed and/or inconvenienced as a result of any negligent behavior on their part, or any other member of their party including pets.

    • All used dishes MUST be loaded into dishwashers prior to check out. A $50 fee will be added to guests who leave dishes for staff to clean.

  • After Hour lock boxes will be used for late arrivals.

  • Daily housekeeping services are not provided, though available upon request. Please contact the front desk should you have any needs for your room. We are happy to assist.

  • Any non-emergency maintenance requests will be dealt with after guest check out.

  • Over the phone trouble shooting will be available during business hours.

  • To have your garbage removed, place garbage in sealed bag outside your door prior to 11am. Extra garbage bags will be made available to you.

  • Extra towels and toiletries will be available from the front desk during operation hours.
